Thank you for stopping by. My name is Dani Schacht and I am a professional artist who paints and sculpts exclusively equine images. I offer painting and customizing of your artist resins and model horses. I also offer completed pieces from time to time.

I have a passion for horses that started when I was a small child. I drew the shape of a horse as soon as I learned how to pick up a pencil. I begged and pleaded with my poor parents to get me a horse. Finally when I was 8 years old I got my first horse. This quarter horse mare got the ball rolling, and much to my parents' surprise my love of horses did not fade through the high school years and even into my first marriage. I have professionally trained horses for 15 years and have completed at the highest levels in world and national breed competitions in jumping and hunter classes, as well as had students of mine compete at these levels. I have also expended my education to include classical dressage as well as combined training. I no longer teach lessons, but I do accept outside horses for training on a limited basis, and I still remain active in the competition ring.
